DOUBLE CARAMEL ESPRESSO MARTINI

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces coffee liqueur
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 2 ounces espresso coffee
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 2 Magnum® Mini Double Caramel Ice Cream Bars
  • Coffee beans for garnish

Directions

  1. Add coffee liqueur, vodka, espresso, and ice to a cocktail shaker.  To make this caramel espresso martini alcohol-free, simply skip the vodka and coffee liqueur, and add an extra shot of espresso and a shot of salted caramel syrup.

  2. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds to chill and froth.

  3. Strain mixture into two martini glasses.

  4. Add a Magnum Mini Double Caramel bar to each glass.

  5. Garnish with coffee beans.

  6. Add more flair to your Magnum after-dinner cocktail by amping up your garnish. Try a dusting of cocoa powder, a swirl of whipped cream, or a sprinkle of crushed pistachios or coconut flakes.
